Lots of Riesling these days is being made into bubbles, but not all are to this level, Peninsula Ridge hits the mark with this crisp version that’s kissed with sweetness, it’s undetectable until you grab something much drier, and that’s because the acidity is so on point: apple, peach, pear take the fruit-stage and don’t relinquish it.
