I have been holding my tongue about this wine for some time and have yet to see it on the Staff website or in her emails. I can’t stay quiet any longer. This wine is named after the winemaker, just kidding … but it is a two-barrel Cabernet Franc that sees a mix of American and French oak. There's an elegance here that starts out fruit-forward with floral and red fruits, among which you'll find cherry and raspberry... Super silky, well balanced, elegant as hell. You can tell Sue-Ann loves working with Franc, especially when a wine this good comes out of her cellar. Though I keep wondering if I misses it, it has yet to come out, or I dreamed about it.
