This is the top tier of bubbly from Henry; it's 100% Chardonnay that get special treatment and longer bottle time to develop more flavors and structure. Here the acidity is mouth puckering, it's crisp and biscuitry with plenty of lemon and green apple, before having a little creamy marzipan on the mid to finish.
