From the Cellar

Clos LaChance 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (California)

25 Mar 2016

(September 20, 2015) ... Ten years on and this wine is right where it should be, aging relatively gracefully: aromas are of cassis, coffee, licorice, and alcohol (which is not really that surprising) - palate is mainly dried vanilla-black cherry, with mocha and sweet spice backing, there's also a little cherry syrup leading up to the hints of anise seed and chocolate on the finish.
