(November 11, 2015) ... Mallory & Benjamin Talmard have crafted a gorgeous bottle of Chardonnay here, from one of the "lesser known" regions of Burgundy. Nose starts the whole thing off with buttery-vanilla, peach cobbler, a hint of burnt/baked apple and some lemon drops ... Palate proves to be just as complex and even more appealing: buttered almond, toffee, peach syrup, apple puree, and vanilla. At 4 years of age this wine has hit its stride ending with a crisp finish - the wine is supple and creamy through the palate but with enough acidity to carry it.
