Ontario Wines Reviewed : The Wines to Get Now (vol. 56)

14 Nov 2019

This week I'm going to tell you about one of the most unique (and delicious) Closson Chase Pinot Noirs currently available, that winemaker Derek Barnett is continuing his love affair with Canadian Oak, and how iCellars is opening eyes with excellent Cabernet Sauvignon from Ontario - plus other notes on Gamay, Cabernet Franc and a Pinot Noir from Northern Ontario that is a delicious head-scratcher.

In addition to the six Ontario wines reviewed there's a little International flair from Italy, it's a delightful Rosso from Montalcino, it's already at vintages so you can run out and get it for dinner this weekend ... plus check out the Side Bar on the left for the latest videos, podcasts and links to reviews of older wines, cellar dwellers, published articles, On the Road notes and more.
